The wine boasts a beautiful bouquet of fruit and floral aromas. Flavors are an explosion of ripe fruit and sweet flowers that fill the palate – ripened yellow pear, grapefruit, nectarine, citrus blossom, lemon peel, white peach, ginger flower and almond. The interplay between flavors and the wine’s crisp acidity is delightful. The wine is remarkably balanced with a lingering bright intensity that brings the wine to a satisfying finish.

The wine is fermented in 100% stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks to preserve varietal character and aromatic complexity. Aged sur lie in stainless steel for four months.
