The King Estate Tower Club is our wine club! The Tower Club offers the ultimate selection of single vineyard, small batch, hand-crafted wines available nowhere else. As a member of Oregon’s premier wine club, you have access to pre-release and one-time-only gems created for and available exclusively to our members.

Where to begin?
The best privilege of all is access to exclusive wines available only to members. We work with 30 different growers across Oregon and Washington to provide unique, single vineyard offerings that range from Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon to Pinot Noir from storied vineyards.

- Is there a club membership fee?
There is no enrollment fee. There is a cancellation fee of $100 if cancellation occurs prior to accepting three releases/shipments.
- What are the different club memberships?

- When and how will I receive communication from King Estate about my club shipments?
King Estate’s main form of communication with members is through email. Please note that we do not share, sell or rent your information. Your email address is very important. We will send email notifications regarding your upcoming shipments which will also include any relevant tracking information. Please make sure to add [email protected] to your address book.
Please note, club members are responsible for notifying our club coordinator of account changes such as an email address, telephone number, shipping address and credit card information. Returned, misdirected or other delivery difficulties may result in additional costs. - When are club shipments?
Club shipments occur four times per year in February, May September and November. Dates subject to change.
- How will I be notified about upcoming shipments?
Three weeks before each scheduled shipment, you will receive a pre-shipment notice by email providing you with the information of the approximate date that you can expect your club wines to ship. If no one is able to receive the wine on this date, it is important that you let us know at least seven days prior to the published shipping date. Once your wine is in transit we may have difficulty redirecting your package. Shipping dates may change depending on weather.
- How does extreme weather affect my club shipment?
In some states we consolidate the four shipments into two or three. For northern states (AK, CO, MA,MI, MN, WI, WY) we may ship your February shipment with your May shipment. For southern states (AZ, FL, GA, NM, NV, TX VA) we may ship your September shipment in November.
- When will my card be charged for my club shipment?
Credit cards will be charged before each club shipment. No bills, we simply charge the credit card you provided on your application. Wine shipments will be sent directly to your club address in your account.
- Are club wines available for pickup?
Club members may pick up their wine at King Estate. Members who choose to pick up their wines may do so within 30 days of the club release, unless other arrangements have been made. Club wines not picked up within 30 days of the release will be automatically shipped to the shipping address you provided and your credit card on file will be charged applicable shipping fees. Your wines will be available to pick up on the day of the release at the Tasting Room. You are welcome to pick up your wine any time during normal business hours.
- Can I share my wine club privileges?
Wine club privileges are non-transferable. Club privileges are exclusively for the club member.
- How do I place my account on ‘Hold’?
Please send us an email or call us if you need to place your account on ‘hold’ for a vacation, moving, or similar circumstance. We can oblige for up to one month if needed; after that shipments will resume.
- How do I cancel my club membership?
Your membership and gifted memberships are ongoing and may be canceled with a 30-day written notice after receiving the third club shipment. Cancellations are to occur in writing by emailing [email protected] or by post 30 days in advance of the upcoming shipments.
We cannot cancel memberships during the process of a club release or shipment. All cancellations will be acknowledged by email within seven days. If you do not receive a confirmation please call to confirm that your cancellation was received.
Please note, if a shipment is scheduled within 30 days of cancellation, you will be charged and your final wine selections will be shipped as scheduled. If cancellation occurs prior to three shipments a cancellation fee is imposed.
- Is it possible to modify the wines in my club shipment?
We are not able to offer modifications or substitutions. We do have many types of memberships — let us know if we can help select the right one for you. If by chance you do not enjoy a varietal, perhaps your family or friends would love a gift of King Estate from you. Unfortunately, logistics prevent us from honoring substitution requests. Thank you for your understanding.
