2023 King Estate Willamette Valley Muscat
-
Tasting Notes
-
A pale lemon color, the wine opens with aromatics of tangerine, peach, lychee, mango, jasmine, rose and honeysuckle. Flavorful fruit and floral notes – tangerine, ripe peach, guava, mango and rose – dance lightly on the palate, before coming to a delightful, fruity finish.

Vineyard Notes
-
This semi-sweet wine comes from Block 21A, sitting at 1,000 feet in elevation in the northern part of the King Estate vineyard. The certified Biodynamic® grapes are distinctive for their large size, resembling white table grapes. They are usually among the first grapes picked, before they begin to lose the crisp acidity that provides balance to offset the sweetness of the fruit.
