Pinot Gris from Croft has a clean and fruity character with a great balance of minerality and viscosity. The nose features delightful aromas of apple, pear, nectarine, lemon, honeysuckle and spice. Soft notes of fruit on the entry evolve into supple acidity which carries the flavors and alcohol through to a finish of fruit and flowers.

Vineyard Notes

The 70-acre vineyard in Dallas, Oregon, was purchased by Chancy Croft in 1985 and has been tended by the Croft family ever since. Croft Vineyard has been a King Estate vineyard partner almost since our founding in 1991 and King Estate has been the primary purchaser of Croft’s fruit ever since. The King and Croft families share a strong and abiding commitment to sustainability. Croft is farmed organically and follows superior viticultural practices that optimize the quality of the site. The vineyard’s slopes face southeast at 400 feet in elevation on a bed of Bellpine soils.
