Need advice? Information? Placing an order by phone?

Our Sommelier is available! Email [email protected] or call 541.942.9874 and ask for our estate Sommelier.

How do I know what my login is?

We allow two emails per account: primary and secondary. Primary receives e-newsletters, receipts and password resets; secondary only receives e-newsletters. Your login is always your primary email. In order to login, you must sign in using the primary email address and password.

Your account login is the email you used either when signing up or placing your first order in our online store. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset your password. If you are unsure which email address is the primary associated with your account, please email us.

How can I access my account?

Account information can be viewed anytime from our member login, located in the upper-right corner of any kingestate.com page.

How do I change my login credentials?

If you wish to change your primary email address on file, please email us to ensure you don’t lose your account information.
