2019 King Estate Croft Sauvignon Blanc
-
Tasting Notes
-
On the nose, aromas are of honeydew, guava, papaya, nectarine, lemon oil, honeysuckle, kiwi and damp stone. The entrance is fresh and bright, featuring flavors of honeydew, key lime, pineapple, nectarine, kiwi, white pepper, crème and lightly toasted oak. On the mid-palate the wine becomes round and rich from fermenting and aging in concrete. The finish has balanced acidity with notes from the barrel-aged portion that come through with cream and light toast, all culminating in a long and elegant finish.

Vineyard Notes
