An elegant bouquet of fruit and flower aromas greets the nose, featuring appealing notes of raspberry, black cherry, pomegranate, marionberry, rose petals, cocoa and orange peel. Vibrant fruit and earthy notes of forest floor and wet stone join lively acidity, filling the palate and bringing clarity and focus to the long, complex finish.

Winemaker Notes

Whole clusters were destemmed, then allowed to cold soak for 48 hours with daily pump overs. Fermentation was in stainless steel open top tanks with daily punch downs. Aged 10 months in French oak barrels, 25% new.
