Willamette Valley Private Event Venue

King Estate’s magnificent 1,033-acre estate offers four distinctive venues for special events. Our event settings include our Bistro, Fountain Terrace, Private Dining Room and Conference Room.

Private Dining Room

The Private Dining Room occupies the northeast corner of the Restaurant, completely separate from the main dining room. This space offers an abundance of interior windows with a wood-burning fireplace. Up to 18 guests can be seated. Venue fee starting at $1000 plus food and beverage minimum.

Conference Room

The Conference Room is a private space in The Restaurant, perfect for day-long business meetings. Up to 20 guests can be seated with venue fee starting at $750.

Fountain Terrace

The Fountain Terrace is situated just through the French doors to the Restaurant. The space offers panoramic views of the vineyard against a verdant backdrop of trees and flowers. With an outdoor fireplace and stone fountain, the space has the old-world feeling of a castle courtyard. It can accommodate up to 40 people for a reception or seated dining. This space is only available for a limited time during the year. Venue fee starts at $1500 plus food and beverage minimum.

Bistro

Our largest venue, the Bistro recently underwent a top-to-bottom renovation to create a fresh and elegant space for 50 guests up to 150 guests. The light-filled space has stunning views of the winery and vineyard. The building is easily divided in to two halves — one with an open kitchen and bar for mingling, the other for seated dining — that can be rented separately or together. A large patio connects the two wings. Sun-splashed in summer, the patio can be tented to accommodate larger groups and for all-weather use. Venue fee starts at $5000 and requires a contract with an event coordinator.
