Brent Stone

Brent began his career as a research and development chemist in the dairy industry, managing food laboratories and quality assurance programs. He joined King Estate in 2011 as Lab Manager. Promoted to Director of Quality Assurance and Laboratory Operations before moving into winemaking, Brent was first an Assistant Winemaker and, since 2016, Winemaker. He was named Chief Operating Officer duties in 2018, giving him day-to-day oversight for winery operations. In 2023, Brent was named Co-CEO in addition to Winemaker. He received formal training in enology at Washington State University and is currently completing graduate work in agricultural food and life sciences at the University of Arkansas.
