Our raw honey has a warm amber color with distinctive flavors untouched by heat. Unique flavors of flowers, citrus and apple blossom with a touch of eucalyptus melt into the palate. Just as you can taste the quality of the grapes when you taste wine, you can taste the quality of the beekeeping in the honey. This is honey how it was meant to be, created by bees living on an organic farm, made in small batches and bottled for your delight.
