After almost 20 years of operation, the King Estate Restaurant is permanently closing, re-emerging as a Tasting Room only with new hours of operation. This change will take effect on June 2. It reflects a return to King Estate’s wine roots and a shift in focus, from operating a full-service restaurant to primarily a tasting room experience where wine can shine.
The company’s vision is to create a consistent experience for our guests where wine once again takes center stage. Many visitors don’t realize the wide range of limited-production wines King Estate makes, most of which are available only to our wine club members or at the Tasting Room. With this change, we can create the space where wine is king once again.

The King Estate Tasting Room will be open Monday through Friday, closed weekends. Hours will remain the same, opening at noon with the last reservation at 4 p.m. The terrace will be open for visitors starting in June. Reservations will be limited and are required for both indoor and outdoor tasting experiences. To make a reservation or find out more about what to expect when visiting our Tasting Room, please go to our website.

King Estate’s wine club, the Tower Club, will continue to welcome members from around the country, offering them exclusive access to small-production and other hard-to-find wines. Discover all our club has to offer and become a member by clicking here.
Just like the vineyard itself, King Estate is constantly evolving and changing as we work to sustainably produce outstanding wines while caring for the earth, our staff, our visitors and our customers. We hope to welcome you to the King Estate Tasting Room soon!
