Tasting Notes
-
The elegance of this estate-grown rosé is juxtaposed with its remarkable, vibrant rose petal hue. This rosé is light, bright, and playful from start to finish, with a nose boasting key lime notes, accompanied by hibiscus and strawberry elements. Red fruit and floral notes highlight the approachable complexity of this wine, as black cherry, strawberry, rose water and lime zest components dance on the palate. A respectable acidity adds backbone to this rosé, leading to a clean finish with generous length. Enjoy now until at least 2026.

Vineyard Notes
-
Sourced from four blocks in the northeast corner of our own vineyard, this wine is made with 100% estate grown and Biodynamic® grapes. Grapes intended for Rosé are picked a little less ripe than for Pinot Noir. The quality was so remarkable that our winemakers decided to make a vineyard designate Rosé for the first time since 2008.

Winemaker Notes
-
The grapes were whole cluster pressed in the style of Provence. In this method the grape clusters are slightly pressed until the desired color is achieved before the skins are discarded. The remaining juice was cool fermented and aged in stainless steel.
